Scared of the dark? Don’t be! European Street Cafe in Riverside is bring the best of the dark—to light—on Jan. 25.
As part of The Black Night, we’ll be serving black plate special with burnt ends, black pudding and porter cheddar with charcoal crackers (vegetarian option available). There will also be a special S'mores and Graham Cracker Dip. We’ll also be featuring a wide variety of dark beers on tap including Veterans United Craft Brewery’s Cup of Joe Coffee Oatmeal Stout, Laguintas’ Cappuccino Stout, Stone Coffee Milk Stout, Cigar City Oatmeal Raisin Cookie and Evil Twin Imperial Biscotti Break Stout. And we’re super excited to tap a keg of the impossible-to-get Underdark 2014 from Intuition Aleworks. We’d tell you how we got it, but then we would have to call your mother a hamster and taunt you a second time … which brings us to the entertainment.
At 7 p.m., grab your coconuts and a seat on the patio for a screening of Monty Python and The Holy Grail, where Arthur battles the Black Knight on his quest to find The Holy Grail.
Throughout the day and night, we’ve got hourly giveaways, as well as a movie trivia contest where the winner takes own his or own Holy Grail.
We're going to have a raffle to benefit the JB Running Scholarship. Items to be raffled include:
- 12-Pack Sierra Nevada Beer Camp
- 2014 Intuition Underdark Bomber and Cigar City Hunuhpu's
- 2014 Bourbon County Vanilla Rye
